Amy attended the University of Nottingham, achieving a 2:1 in her LLB Law degree in2017. Amy then went on to complete her LPC and Master’s in Professional Legal Practice in 2023.
Amy specialises in care proceedings, domestic abuse matters and private children matters, accepting clients on a private and legally aided basis. She also represents parents throughout the Public Law Outline process.
Along with her colleagues, Amy provides legal advice to domestic abuse victims at Bedford Women’s Centre once a month. Amy is passionate about helping clients invulnerable situations and believes everyone should have access to legal advice and representation, regardless of their circumstances. Amy is approachable, empathetic, and determined, always working hard to achieve a client’s desired outcome whilst understanding that proceedings can often be stressful and upsetting.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling and attending concerts and music festivals. Amy also loves spending time with her family and friends, particularly her young son who keeps her busy.
