Moska Gharanei joined Family Law Group in October 2020. She works out of our Northampton office and specialises in Care Proceedings, Private Children Law Proceedings and Domestic Abuse Cases.
Having achieved a First Class Law Degree at Coventry University, Moska went on to undertake her Legal Practise Course at the University of Law in Birmingham achieving a Distinction. Moska qualified as a solicitor on 2017 and has worked with in family law ever since.
Moska’s interest in law stems from her desire to help people. Moska believes that people need our assistance at what is the most stressful and at times, most difficult points in their lives. Moska enjoys helping and guiding them through such challenging times and strongly believes that everyone should have a voice. She enjoys representing those that need our assistance and particularly enjoys the advocacy part of her role as a Solicitor.
Moska has been admitted to the Law Society's Children Panel, and is therefore now able to represent children as well as parents, in family law proceedings.
Moska is able to converse in many languages including Pashto, Dari, Dutch, Hindi and Urdu and enjoys representing people from a variety of different cultures and beliefs.
Outside of her career, Moska enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her family.
