Women Appeals Against Divorce Refusal

Family Law Group keenly await the ruling of the Court of Appeal in the case involving a woman struggling to divorce her husband, as reported by BBC News.

Dan Cooper of Milton Keynes Family Law Group comments, "For many years lawyers have considered that there was a need to reform current divorce law to include no fault divorce to prevent situations such as this occuring. Whilst cases such as these are thankfully few and far between, the fact that this lady has had to go to such lengths and presumably spend large amounts of money to end her marriage show that it is now time to urgently review this legislation."
